1. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, accessing, or using Pandaku or its related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are below the age required to enter a contract in your country, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.
2. Limited right to use the Services
Pandaku grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, commercially exploit, interfere with, or misuse the Services. Except where applicable law expressly allows it, you may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, automate access to, defeat security of, or create a competing service from any part of Pandaku.
3. Fair play and acceptable use
You must not use cheats, unauthorized software, exploits, bots, or other methods that disrupt gameplay, advertising, purchases, analytics, security, or other players’ experience. You must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate Pandaku, or use Pandaku names and assets to mislead others.
4. Virtual items and in-app purchases
The Services may include virtual coins, hints, lives, boosters, or other digital items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed for use inside Pandaku; they are not money or property, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the Services.
Apple processes in-app purchases and refunds under its own terms and policies. Prices, availability, and the balance or function of Virtual Items may change where permitted by law. If a purchase is not delivered correctly, contact Apple or support@pandaku.app with the transaction details needed to investigate.
5. Advertising and third-party services
Pandaku may display advertising and use third-party services for distribution, attribution, analytics, cloud operations, messaging, and purchases. Third-party content and services are governed by their own terms. Pandaku is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
6. Intellectual property
The Services are licensed, not sold. Pandaku and its licensors retain all rights in the game, software, puzzle content, levels, characters, names, artwork, animation, audio, visual effects, text, documentation, virtual items, and other materials, together with all associated intellectual-property rights. No rights are granted except the limited right expressly stated in these Terms.
7. Updates, availability, and termination
The Services and their features may be updated, balanced, suspended, or discontinued. Internet-dependent features may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, legal requirements, or technical conditions. Pandaku does not promise that every feature or item will remain available forever.
Your permission to use the Services ends if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the game. Terms that logically continue—such as intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions—survive termination.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Pandaku does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent preservation of local progress, or compatibility with every device or operating-system version. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pandaku will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for Pandaku purchases during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
10. Changes and applicable law
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Services, providers, or law. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the current version will be published here. Your continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law may hear disputes.
